A $30 starting wage was among the bargaining positions the 2026 convention adopted, according to a delegate's convention report, alongside an all-career workforce, paid parental leave, overtime changes, route-adjustment protections, steward certification, expanded Wounded Warrior Leave and grievance-procedure changes.
