🌟 What is a Website Ambassador?
Ambassadors are members with a deep knowledge of one area of the job — Safety, Customer Service, Union & Steward Rights, Delivery Procedures, Training Materials, or Technology & Scanners — who review the suggestions other members leave and decide what's worth adding to the Hub.
💡 Where suggestions come from
At the bottom of every course test, there's a "Leave a Comment" box. Anyone signed in can share an idea, a shortcut, or a correction there — it's tagged with the area it relates to and goes straight to the ambassadors who cover that area.
✅ What happens next
An ambassador claims the suggestion, decides whether it belongs on the page, and — if it does — incorporates it and credits the member who suggested it. You'll see their credited tip right on the page, and clicking it shows a bit about who suggested it. Ambassadors can also reply directly to the person who left the suggestion, whether it's used or not.
